Description
Assistant Operations Manager.
The job description and responsibilities are as follows: –
•Reports directly to and deputies for the Operations Manager on a day to day basis.
•To review on a daily basis all operational activities, ensuring that all activities are in line with the company’s policies and procedures. To carry out amendments when required.
•Compile daily and weekly reports on all activities. (Reporting all clients concerns/ comments, feedback negative or positive, and all staffing issues) Reports to be submitted to Head of Operations and the General Manager.
•To ensure Exiles policies and procedures are followed.
•Liaising with clients on a day to day basis. Introduce clients to employees and explain company policy and procedure. Ensuring that both the client and the team are happy with the scope of work to be carried out in each client/s villa/ apartment. (Each client home to be visited once every six weeks.)
Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Secondary certificate
The Ideal Female candidate needs to be fluent in English(both written & spoken),have experience in a similar environment. Applicants must be eligible to apply for a transferable working visa.
